for the conference is open until Thursday October 1, 2009.
To participate
in the conference, please
sign up using
THIS
ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION PAGE. (Be sure to write your name and affiliation
as you would like it to appear on your conference badge.)
The payment
options are:
A. Bank deposit (Bs 70) to account number

at Banco
Bisa before October 1, 2009

(please e-mail a copy of the receipt to
bcde2009@inesad.edu.bo once the deposit is
made).
B. Come by INESAD (Edif. Monrroy Velez, Piso 7,
Calle 21 de Calacoto) before October 1, 2009
and
sign up on the List of Participants and pay Bs. 70.
C. Cash payment (Bs 100) at the Registration desk on
Thursday 8 October 8:30-9:00 am.
This payment entitles you to attend all presentations,
coffee breaks, lunches as well as the cocktail party on
October 9th.
If you would like
to participate in the Conference Dinner on October 8th, and
you are not a presenter, please indicate so in your e-mail and
add Bs. 50 to your payment.
