Ledezma, Ph. D. of the University of Chile and Visiting Professor of UPB, presented the document \u201cSocial networks, commuting, and (a) employment rates\u201d that proposes a model of partial Job search in a multi-centered approach. The dissertation had an attendance of about 50 people. <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-4659 size-large aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inesad.edu.bo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/DSC_0871-1024x621.jpg\" alt=\"DSC_0871\" width=\"618\" height=\"375\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.inesad.edu.bo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/DSC_0871-1024x621.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.inesad.edu.bo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/DSC_0871-300x182.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.inesad.edu.bo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/DSC_0871-768x466.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 618px) 100vw, 618px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The theoretical model developed by the researcher provides important extensions of analysis of the effect of networks and social bonds in the labor results of workers in the metropolitan centers of developed countries.
