The first winner was ANA IRMA AGUILAR DE FLORES, the second JORGE GONZALES AYALA and the third was GARY LUIS GENG ARDAYA.<!--more-->For the draw, the guests Enr\u00edque Garc\u00eda, Ph.D. President of the Bolivian Academic of the Economics Science ABCE, Boris Branisa, Ph.
