Inequality between countries has decreased particularly rapidly, while inequality within countries shows mixed tendencies. Nevertheless, twice as many countries have seen significant drops in inequality compared to countries that have seen significant increases. Latin America was the region that showed most consistent decreases in inequality since 2008, although starting from very high levels.

Pablo and Lykke with the President of PEGNet, Manfred Wiebelt at the 2017 PEGNET Conference Dinner.

Dr. Lykke Andersen, Senior Researcher at INESAD, participated in this year’s PEGNet Conference, which was held in Zürich, Switzerland, on the 11th and 12th of September.
