INESAD celebrating Bolivia's Independence Day with Huatia in Alto Ovejuyo

The United Nations of INESAD. Between all the Bolivians, this small group has representatives of Russia, Hong Kong, Spain, United Kingdom, Denmark, Brazil, Chile, United States and Guatemala.
With the spectacular rock formations of the Valley of the Spirits in the background, this is the perfect place for huatia.
