INESAD’s Christmas Party this year was held on December 16 immediately after the Assembly of the Founders of Fundación INESAD, during which it was decided that, from the 1^st of January 2015, Carlos Gustavo Machicado will be the new Executive Director of INESAD, Osvaldo Nina will be the General Manager and Oscar Molina will return as member of the Board of Directors.

With these important management decisions out of the way, the traditional Christmas Games could begin with all the staff of INESAD.

Here are everybody busy dressing one of the team members up as a snowman for the Build-a-Snowman game.

Susana invented a pretty messy game where teams competed at building the highest Christmas tree using a bag of ingredients consisting mainly of cream and marshmallows. To make it even more difficult, she tied together the hands of the team members so that they formed a tight circle.

The winners of the Christmas Games received a Teleferico card with 5 round trip tickets to El Alto, so when the office closed for Christmas on the 23rd of December, Stefano, Beatriz, Susana, Gabriela and Lykke did the spectacular one-hour round trip with the green and yellow lines from MegaCenter to El Alto and back during the hour of sunset.
