Fun at INESAD Serious fun at work
INESAD’s upcoming book “El ABC del desarrollo en Bolivia” is in full production at Weinberg, so INESAD’s Beer & Book Club made a little excursion to visit the printing company and check on the progress.
The last page to be printed was the first page of the book, which holds the ISBN and Legal Deposit numbers, which we needed more than 50 different signatures to obtain. So Lykke was relieved to find that this page was already printed and included the elusive numbers.
Now the pages are being folded and put together in small booklets, which will later be sewn together and bound in the hard covers, which are being made in El Alto at the moment.
The book will be officially presented on the 1st of December at INESAD’s 10 year anniversary cocktail party in La Paz. An electronic version will be made available on INESAD’s homepage soon after that.
After the visit to Weinberg, we proceeded with the usual round of book presentations and book exchanges. Here are the participants at this month’s Beer & Book Club meeting (except Susana, who took the picture):
