
Alejandro Herrera Jiménez, holds Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Economics from the Universidad Católica Boliviana “San Pablo”, as well as graduates diplomas in Quantitative Methods and Higher Education. In 2015 he won the National Award for the best Thesis in Economics, awarded by the Central Bank of Bolivia. Currently, he works as junior researcher at the Institute for Advanced Development Studies (INESAD Foundation) and also as Assistant Professor of Microeconomics at the Universidad Católica Boliviana. He was co-editor of the Latin American Journal of Economic Development LAJED (U.C.B.) and has publications on labor economics, inequity of opportunities and common resources, available on his personal webpage: https://sites.google.com/site/
