PhD and Master’s Degree in Economics from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio), and Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the Bolivian Catholic University “San Pablo” (UCB). In the professional field, she has held the positions of Chief Fiscal Analyst of the Fiscal Analysis Network of the Ministry of Finance, Academic Secretary of Master’s Degrees for Development at UCB and economist at UDAPE. She has also published several research papers in books, peer-reviewed journals and working papers.
Her areas of interest are Labor Economics, International Economics, Public Sector Economics and Macroeconomics.

With a degree in Auditing and a Diploma in Higher Education, he works at Fundación INESAD as Chief Financial Administrator. Previously, he held the positions of Technical Manager at Constructora Urquiola S.R.L. (2007 – 2009) and at CONNAL S.R.L. as Project Manager (1991 – 2006) and Project Administrator (1999 – 2004).
Bachelor in Humanities from 1º de Mayo College in the city of Llallagua – North Potosí, Bachelor in Library and Information Sciences at the Universidad Mayor de San Andrés, as well as accounting at CEPA and UMSA. He worked as a Librarian at the Universidad Mayor de San Andrés, Universidad Nacional Siglo XX and ISEC – Llallagua, in the accounting area at Monrroy Asociados Consultores, and other companies.
She has a degree from the Universidad Católica Boliviana in Social Communication Sciences and has obtained a specialization in Population and Development from the University of Chile, CELADE-CEPAL, as well as diplomas in Marketing and Higher Education. She has completed her professional training with studies in Chile and Ecuador, focused on areas such as Demography, Service Management and Strategic Communication at Johns Hopkins University, European Union, IULA CELCADEL and Government of France. She has acquired skills in areas such as community manager, graphic design and audiovisual editing. Throughout her career, she has held positions of responsibility in public and private institutions. Her outstanding work in the field of information, education and communication at the service of the National Reproductive Health Program in Bolivia has been recognized by the Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, USA.
