Boris holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Goettingen, Germany. He works as a senior researcher at INESAD. He has held several positions at the Central Bank of Bolivia, and worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Mannheim. Boris has also worked as a consultant in projects for the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), the OECD Development Centre, the German Society for Technical Cooperation (GIZ), and various other development institutions. His main research interests are Development Economics, Applied Econometrics, and Impact Evaluation.
