Fabián Soria

Fabián Soria studied Economics at the Bolivian Catholic University (UCB) in La Paz, and later a Master’s program in Development Studies at the Institute of Social Studies (ISS) at the Erasmus University in the Netherlands. Fabián has aample experience in implementing and evaluating development projects. He also has field experience in urban and rural areas in Latin America, leading and coordinating international multidisciplinary team, on topics such as poverty analysis, social and rural development, public sector management, microfinance, governance and civil society participation.
