Levin Wiebelt is a German student. Currently he is doing the „Philosophy and Economics“-programme at the University of Bayreuth, which will be awarded with a Bachelor of Arts.
He will work together with the INESAD for three months. The project he assists in is about estimating the GDP of Bolivian municipalities on basis of the energy consumption data. It’s a cooperation with the Bolivian government.
He expects to get in touch with the methods of research applied at the INESAD and to learn about Bolivian culture, society and lastly landscape.
His interests are monetary policy, as well as macroeconomics and econometrics.
