Martín Vargas

Martín holds a Ph. D. from Bielefeld University in Germany
Master’s degree from the Rio de Janeiro Insitute of Pure and Applied mathematics, Brasil. He worked as Associate Researcher at the Institute of Advanced Studies in Development (INESAD) and as a cosultant for the World Bank, United Nations and The Bolivian Government.

His main reasearch areas are strategic models for companies and institutions, cost-benefit analysis of health programs, mathematic modeling, statistics, and space
