The following book is constituted in a joint effort of KAS and INESAD Foundation; that they find synergies and collaboration in the need to promote a public debate −constructive and based on knowledge− on key economic and development issues; essential to generate informed, responsible and free societies.

The sections that make up the book have information to analyze the quality of economic growth in the last 15 years in relation to its results on sustainable development; and propose changes and transformations so that progress can be made to a higher and better level of social welfare.
